Memorial Day Weekend

Film Sets: Memorial Day Weekend

Silas Chu June 23, 2017

One of the best parts about shooting film is the process of waiting for rolls to be developed. If you find a good lab to do it for you consistently, then the wait is no issue. If you go to a local pharmacy with an iffy track record, the waiting can be nerve-wracking. Fortunately, I know a film-processing lab, Omega Photo, that does good work, locally.

About a month ago, I decided to shoot some Kodak Tri-X 400 on a lazy Memorial Day weekend at Kirkland Waterfront. Here are some images from that warm, Sunday afternoon.

All images shot on Leica M6 + 50 Summilux Pre-ASPH.
