Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA is an odd place. Somewhere between the tourist attractions of Seattle downtown and the University of Washington campus lies Capitol Hill, a large neighborhood filled with aesthetically friendly fashion boutiques and rainbow-colored sidewalks. It's as if a group of 20-something-year-olds got together and decided to jam as many Instagram trends as possible into a few square miles.
Surprisingly, I had never been to Capitol Hill before, so I decided I needed to explore the place a little bit with Casey. Since Capitol Hill is full of bright colors and eccentric murals, I decided to grab a few shots of Casey to see how she and her outfit would interact with the environment.
