Since I started shooting film about a year ago, I quickly realized which film stocks I liked, and what color signatures I leaned towards for different genres of photography. After trying a few different stocks from Fujifilm and Kodak, I thought that I had found my all-time favorite: Kodak Portra 160. However, after shopping around in Hong Kong for a couple days, I found a new stock that I hadn't seen before: Kodak Professional Image 100.
I bought one roll to see how I'd like the rendering of Kodak Pro Image 100. After shooting it and seeing the results, I immediately fell in love. Alas, Kodak Pro Image 100 is only available in European and Asian markets, so I'll have to buy a couple years' supply before I leave Hong Kong...
Here's my first roll of Kodak Pro Image 100 shot on Leica M6, Zeiss 35mm 1.4 Distagon ZM, and Zeiss 28mm 2.8 Biogon ZM.
